1st week’s weigh-in

  Just a short one today …. I’m pleased to report that I lost 3.5lbs in group this week, by following my Slimming World/Weight Watchers mash up. I’m finding it relatively easy at the moment and I’m hoping I can keep it up. Here are some of the meals I’ve eaten this week:

Small steps, big results?

Since I stopped working I’ve noticed that my daily step count has plummeted.  I used to regularly clock up 12,000 steps a day, now I struggle to do 6,000 (and that includes giving the whippets their daily walk)!  Pretty amazing considering I had a desk job, but I guess all those walks to the coffee…
